Your home will be visited at least once a week, whether it's occupied or not, to ensure that all services, including gardening and pool maintenance, are being carried out. This also includes a thorough check of the property to ensure there are no maintenance issues while it's vacant.
Pre-Check-In Inspection
A member of our team will always inspect the property before the arrival of guests to ensure that cleanliness meets the highest standards and everything is in order and functioning.
Post-Check-Out Inspection
After guests check out, a team member will inspect the property to ensure everything is in order. Any maintenance tasks are noted, and any damages are charged directly to the guest's account.

No Hidden Costs
The services and extras you receive with our management fee are extensive, including household essentials (toilet paper, kitchen paper, trash bags, etc.), bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, moisturizer), a welcome basket with wine, beer, refreshments, fresh fruit, snacks, and flowers for every check-in, general supplies for the property (light bulbs, batteries, etc.), comprehensive concierge service, and complete cleaning service.
